Assi Ghat is the last Ghat on the south side of Kashi. It is on the left bank of the Ganges. There are many temples and akhadas near it. To the south of Assi Ghat is the Jagannath temple where a fair is held every year. It is one of the five pilgrimages of Assi Ghat Varanasi.
