This original ibizan country villa and it's land has belonged to my family for generations, It's actually our home during 9 months per year and we only rent it when our twin girls have long school summer holidays, so it's not just a touristic villa, it's a real home. My grand parents house is just down in the valley.
What makes this Villa unique
Nowadays, Ibiza has around 3 million visitors per year, but most of them come during the 2 summer months. So you can imagine how busy the island becomes, the traffic we have on the roads, the terrible parking, the little space that you find on the beaches, how busy the restaurants are, etc. But the place where we have this country villa is one of the last remaining original corners of the island, you won't realise that you're in the famous "Ibiza", you'll totally forget the busy traffic, the busy beaches or the queues wherever you go. This finca, located in a protected area, will give you the relax that you deserve.
